💼 Job Position: HR Recruiter (Trainee Level – Freshers Only)
As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be trained to source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and work closely with hiring managers. You will learn how to use various recruitment tools and techniques while assisting in the end-to-end hiring process across various domains.
💰 Compensation Structure:
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹7,000 during the training period. Upon successful completion and confirmation of employment, your salary will be revised based on performance and internal assessments. This is a full-time role, and your commitment during the training period will be key to long-term growth within the organization.
