Job Summary:
We is hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – SaaS to drive B2B sales, enterprise client acquisition, and revenue growth for our SaaS platform. The role requires strong expertise in SaaS sales, consultative selling, business development, and key account management.
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, SaaS business applications, CRM tools, solution selling, and startup environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B SaaS sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Lead enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
Manage business development activities including prospecting and pipeline building
Conduct product demos and solution presentations
Handle key account management and client retention strategies
Develop strategic sales plans and market penetration strategies
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead conversion
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in SaaS / B2B / Enterprise Sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working in high-growth startups preferred
Exposure to Agritech / Agriculture / Supply Chain domain is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
