Job Vacancy: Sales Executive – Flour Mill (Kalna)
Location: Entire Burdhaman Region
Salary: Minimum 15,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and marketing operations for our flour mill products across the Burdhaman region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling agricultural or food-related products and possess strong communication & market knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell flour-related food products and other agricultural items within the local market.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers.
Conduct market visits, generate leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall brand growth.
Execute local marketing activities to increase product visibility.
Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.

Requirements:

Prior experience in selling & marketing agricultural products is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the local market in Burdhaman region.
Two-wheeler is a must for field visits.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, hardworking, and target-oriented.

Qualification: minimum 12th passed

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: 15,000 (negotiable based on experience)
