We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in the textile industry (excluding garment manufacturing). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, vendor coordination, and inventory planning to ensure seamless supply chain efficiency.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Source and procure raw materials, yarns, dyes, and textile machinery components
• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate purchase records and update inventory databases
• Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and delivery schedules
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards
• Handle documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term collaboration

🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in textile procurement (non-garment sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of textile materials, supply chain dynamics, and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred
