Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised professional to join our team at our Andheri West office. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, proactive, flexible, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Candidates with prior experience in the Media & Entertainment industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities.
Manage communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Assist in scheduling, documentation, and project follow-ups.
Support digital and technical tasks, including handling online tools and platforms.
Maintain records, reports, and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Provide proactive assistance in event, production, or media-related activities (as applicable).

Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in the Media & Entertainment industry will be given preference.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
