Job Title: Hardware Networking Engineer  (for a Legal Firm)

Location: Kolkata B.B.D Bag (Near Calcutta High Court)

About the Role:

We are a reputed law firm seeking a skilled IT Support & Systems Executive to manage and maintain our office’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless digital operations, maintaining CCTV systems, and providing training and support for our legal software and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for office computers, printers, and network devices.

Oversee hardware and networking setup, maintenance, and upgrades.

Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and resolve any technical faults.

Offer technical assistance during online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).

Conduct training sessions for staff on firm-specific legal software applications.

Maintain IT inventory, perform regular system checks, and ensure data security.

Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Certificate Course in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Professional.

Strong understanding of hardware, networking, and system administration.

Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

Familiarity with video conferencing tools and basic troubleshooting.

Good communication and training skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT-related tasks efficiently.

Preferred:

Experience working in corporate or legal environments.

Knowledge of data backup, cyber-security, and software deployment.

Salary: 15,000-20,000 per month
