We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Telemarketing Executive to connect with aspiring students, promote overseas education programs, and drive enrollments for our EdTech partners.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Explain study abroad programs, eligibility, and benefits
• Schedule counseling sessions and follow up on leads
• Maintain CRM records and update lead status
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Collaborate with counselors and marketing teams for campaign success

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service (EdTech/Study Abroad preferred)
• Excellent communication in English(Must), Hindi, and/or regional languages
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management
• Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with counseling exposure
