Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Business Development Officer / BDM with strong B2B sales experience in Security, Housekeeping, or Facility/Manpower Services. The candidate must have established contacts with hospitals, hotels, private colleges, and private schools in the Eastern region.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and close deals in hospitals, hotels, private colleges, and private schools.
Leverage existing industry contacts to secure service contracts.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with operations team for seamless service delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:
1–5+ years of B2B Sales experience in: Security Services, Housekeeping Services, Facility Management, Manpower/Staffing Services
Strong client network in Eastern Region.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the region.

Education:
BBA / Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration (Mandatory)
MBA (Marketing/Business Development) – Preferred
