Job description: An import-export company based in Kolkata is looking for a Back Office Executive to handle basic data entry, documentation, and email communication to support daily office operations. The role is suitable for fresher’s who are comfortable with computers and MS Office and want to start their career in an office-based role.

Key responsibilities: Enter and update data in Excel sheets and internal systems.
Draft and respond to basic emails to internal teams and external parties.
Prepare and format documents in MS Word and maintain proper filing
Maintain records, logs, and basic reports as guided by seniors.
Coordinate with different departments for follow-ups on pending work.
Support day-to-day office administration and back office tasks.

Qualification: ICSE/CBSE passed, and Graduation preferred.

Experience: Fresher’s can also apply; prior internship/office experience will be an added advantage.

Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
General computer proficiency and good typing accuracy in English.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
