Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the daily operations of our FMCG app. You will be responsible for data management, documentation, and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly to support the field marketing and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately updating product, price, and vendor information on the ‘Aamar Poribar’ app backend.
Documentation: Maintaining digital and physical records of daily transactions and inventories.
Coordination: Acting as a communication link between the marketing team and management.
Reporting: Preparing daily/weekly reports on MS Excel or our internal systems.

Candidate Requirements
Computer Proficiency: Must have a strong command of MS Office (especially Excel) and internet usage.
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any stream.
Soft Skills: Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; previous back-office experience is a plus.

Work Details
Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
