About the Company
We are a heritage-driven and innovation-led pioneer in tea manufacturing and one of the largest producers of Assam CTC tea in India’s Bought Leaf Factory (BLF) segment. With operations across 10 tea factories in Upper Assam (beyond Tinsukia), we have a combined production capacity of 25 million kg annually.
We are institutional suppliers to leading brands such as Tata, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Wagh Bakri, and Society Tea. Our operations are managed through private broker-led sales channels from our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end tea sales operations including:
Dispatch coordination
Payment follow-ups
Logistics & transportation
Warehouse coordination
Billing & invoicing
Brokerage coordination
Sampling & courier tracking
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Coordinate with Assam production units for smooth operations
Track market trends, tea prices, and buyer sentiment
Conduct and document tea tasting and evaluation
Handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously with efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Assam CTC tea sales (preferred)
Strong understanding of tea market dynamics
Knowledge of tea tasting and quality evaluation
Proficiency in:
Tally / ERP systems
MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and brokerage accounting
Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi, Marwari, Gujarati preferred)
High attention to detail and multitasking ability
Self-driven, responsible, and accountable

Preferred Candidate Profile
Existing network with tea brokers and buyers across India
Experience in warehouse and logistics coordination
Practical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in a hands-on, operational role
Looking for long-term association and growth
