Job Title: Property / Real Estate Lawyer
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month(negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kolkata (Near Calcutta High Court)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Property / Real Estate Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience to manage property-related legal work, documentation, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle property and real estate legal matters including disputes, title verification, and registrations
• Draft, review, and vet property documents such as sale deeds, lease deeds, agreements, and MOUs
• Conduct due diligence and title searches
• Represent clients before courts and legal authorities in property-related cases
• Provide legal opinions and advisory support on real estate transactions
• Ensure compliance with applicable property and real estate laws

Eligibility Criteria:
• LLB degree from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property/real estate law
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land laws, and registration procedures
• Experience in documentation, due diligence, and litigation
• Good communication and client-handling skills
