Job Title: Criminal Lawyer
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month(negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kolkata (Near Calcutta High Court)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Criminal Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on practice to handle criminal litigation and related legal matters. The role involves court appearances, case preparation, and providing legal counsel to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle criminal cases including trials, bail matters, and appeals
• Appear before courts, police authorities, and other legal forums
• Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, FIR-related documents, petitions, and affidavits
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients
• Coordinate with clients and maintain case records

Eligibility Criteria:
• LLB degree from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in criminal law practice
• Strong understanding of IPC, CrPC, BNS, BNSS, BSA and related criminal laws
• Excellent drafting, communication, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
