Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Team Leader to join our growing team for the launch of our new FMCG application, ‘Aamar Poribar’. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to drive app awareness, user acquisition, and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the marketing team to meet daily targets.
Strategy Execution: Implement field and digital marketing strategies to promote the ‘Aamar Poribar’ FMCG app.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and team progress.
Operational Support: Coordinate with the management to ensure smooth market operations.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales (FMCG experience is a plus).
Tech Skills: Must have a proper working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet browsing).
Leadership: Ability to handle a team and drive results under timelines.
Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred).

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
