Job description: Company is looking for a Back Office Executive to handle basic data entry, documentation, and email communication to support daily office operations.

Key responsibilities: Draft and respond to basic emails received from internal teams and external parties.
Enter and update data in Excel sheets and internal systems.
Prepare and format documents in MS Word and maintain proper filing
Maintain records, logs, and basic reports as guided by seniors.
Coordinate with different departments for follow-ups on pending work.
Support day-to-day office administration and back office tasks.

Qualification: ICSE/CBSE passed, Graduation preferred.

Experience: Fresher’s can also apply; prior experience will be an advantage.

Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
General computer proficiency and good typing accuracy in English.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
