Job Role: Silicone Dispensing Unit Operator
Location: Jagadishpur, Howrah, West Bengal
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Employment type: Full-time, on-site

The Silicone Dispensing Unit Operator will operate and monitor a silicone dispensing unit used in the manufacturing process of various products, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production. The role requires prior experience in factory environments and hands-on exposure to silicone dispensing or similar machines.

Key responsibilities: Operate the silicone dispensing unit as per standard operating procedures and production requirements.
Monitor machine parameters during the shift and adjust settings to maintain consistent output and product quality.
Ensure accurate dispensing of silicone, minimising wastage and maintaining required specifications.
Inspect products periodically to identify defects like under/over dispensing, leakage, or uneven application.
Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and reporting of any mechanical or technical issues to the supervisor/maintenance team. Follow safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Record production data, downtime, and observations in production logs or system software as required.

Qualifications: 12th passed or Graduation in any stream.
Experience: In operating silicone dispensing units or similar dispensing/production machines in any industry/factory is preferred. Ability to operate and understand basic controls of industrial machines. Basic mechanical aptitude to notice issues in machine performance and escalate or assist in troubleshooting. Attention to detail for quality checks and adherence to process parameters. Willing to work in shifts and in a factory environment with safety compliance.
