Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sales Engineer to promote and sell our industrial products and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background and 1–6 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the Pump, Compressor , boiler, HVAC, or industrial utility sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads through market research, client visits, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants.
• Collaborate with the technical and proposal team to develop quotes, BOQs, and techno-commercial offers.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong post-sales client relationships and provide basic support or escalation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.
• Submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•1 to 6 years of experience in the sales of capital equipment. Preferably, Boiler and accessories.
• A diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–6 years of experience in technical sales or B2B industrial product sales.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as boilers, piping, HVAC, or process equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle client meetings, site visits, and product demos.
