🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s educational mission
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, and community partners
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and workshops to drive engagement
• Manage digital outreach including social media, email campaigns, and basic SEO
• Track campaign performance and generate reports for continuous improvement
• Support branding initiatives with creative input and on-ground execution

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or outreach preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bengali
• Comfortable with field visits, school interactions, and digital tools
• Energetic, persuasive, and organized with a flair for storytelling
