Job description of Tele Sales /Marketing Associates

We’re looking for energetic, target-driven individuals who are passionate about building careers in marketing and sales. Please find below the key qualifications we are seeking:

• Work Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary Range: ₹15,000/- Per month
• Experience Required: Freshers
• Note: Only candidates currently residing in Kolkata are eligible to apply.
• Qualifications Needed (for Freshers):
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory)
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Interpersonal Skills: Confident, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with students and parents via phone
• Tech Readiness: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel preferred (training will be provided)
• Mindset: Goal-driven, adaptable, eager to learn, and coachable
• Attitude: Positive, motivated by growth and incentives
